The pizza issue…

I’m from Chicago and have had my share of great pizzas. My grampa Jake “Casper” Eisenhauer had pizza nights for decades. When I got married, my new wife and I carried on the tradition. Every Friday night, come hell or high water, we have pizza night. We’re leaving the state in a very short time and I was bound and determined to find a pizza so worth it, I’d actually want to brag about it. We did.

The sauce was dead-on and the crust was absolutely perfect… It’s not often that you get both at once. That sauce though… The owner Chad grew up in this restaurant… The name: “3rd Generation Pizza N More” in Wenatchee, WA. Back to the sauce: Chad worked on the sauce for 5 years. It shows. But then there’s the dessert pizza… If they ask, you’re making a big mistake if you don’t order it. Get it, you won’t regret it. I promise. This shit is food crack. I will not hesitate to order one from him when I’m back in Chicago.
